EUROPEAN OAK

For a traditional look. Highly durable Oak for floors doors and skirting etc suitable for both domestic and commercial use. Easy to maintain,and improves with age.

Flooring specification

Flooring manufactured from high quality Oak.
Kiln dried to 10-12% moisture.
19mm thick.
Tongue and groove end matched.
Majority of boards are from 1.5M to 3.0M in length.

Grades - Boards are sorted into two grades.

Character - Has interesting knots over large areas of the board. Provides the ideal look to the older style property e.g. Barn /Cottage conversion.

Character grade can also be “Aged”.This is a burning process to darken the nature of the wood.

Select Character - Will still have the occasional small knot but lots of clear timber.

OAK DOORS

Ledge and brace doors, suitable once again for the older style conversion. We stock both ready made and kit doors in standard 2’6 and 2’9 widths. Kit doors can be manufactured to suit almost any opening width.

For a more modern look we have a four panel Oxford, in standard sizes only.

Most sizes available, allow three weeks for delivery.
